Refund policy
The Refund Policy for waynemitchellprints.com.au (the “Site” or “we”) is outlined below:
REFUND POLICY
All Wayne Mitchell photographic prints and products are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or taxes will apply.
When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for additional shipping charges or replacing items that are mis-delivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.
Unfortunately, no returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGES OR INCORRECT ORDER DETAILS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any damaged photographic prints or products purchased through waynemitchellprints.com.au are eligible for replacement. We require all damaged and incorrect prints to be returned to me for replacement. We must receive written notification and photo documentation of damages within 14 days of receiving item. After 14 days, the item will not be replaced.
To start a return (due to a damaged product), contact us at wayne@wmphotography.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back, without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
